如今，经过社会各界的共同努力，并在新南威尔士州政府的批准和支持下，澳大利亚华人历史博物馆正式成立。这座博物馆将全面展示华人移民澳大利亚两百年来的奋斗历程，讲述华人在经济、文化、社会等各个领域的卓越贡献。华人社群不仅创造财富、促进经济发展，更以勤劳和智慧融入澳大利亚社会，成为这片多元文化土地上不可或缺的重要力量。
澳大利亚华人历史博物馆的成立，是全球华人翘首以盼的一件盛事，更是华人历史的重要里程碑。 目前，博物馆正积极筹款，计划建设一座符合21世纪标准的现代化展馆。为此，我诚挚邀请全球工商业界人士、社会活动家、慈善家、企业家及所有关心华人历史文化的人士慷慨支持。您的每一份捐助，都是对华人历史的珍贵守护，也将在澳大利亚华人移民史上留下浓墨重彩的一笔，为后世留下宝贵的文化遗产。

China is one of the world's four great ancient civilizations, with a rich cultural heritage spanning 5,000 years. The Yellow River, the cradle of Chinese civilization, has nurtured generations of industrious and intelligent Chinese people. With remarkable wisdom and unwavering spirit, they have written glorious chapters in history.
In 1850, the discovery of gold in Victoria, Australia, ignited a global gold rush. Thousands of fortune seekers from around the world, including countless Chinese pioneers, embarked on a journey across the seas in pursuit of a better future. Through perseverance, diligence, and ingenuity, they established themselves on this unfamiliar land, marking the beginning of Chinese migration to Australia.
Today, after years of dedication from various sectors of society and with the approval and support of the New South Wales government, the Australian Chinese History Museum has been officially established. This museum will comprehensively document the 200-year journey of Chinese immigrants in Australia, showcasing their contributions to the economy, culture, and society. The Chinese community has not only created wealth and fostered economic growth but has also become an integral part of Australia's diverse and multicultural society.
The establishment of the Australian Chinese History Museum is a long-awaited milestone for Chinese communities worldwide and holds profound historical significance. Currently, the museum is actively fundraising to build a state-of-the-art exhibition center that meets the standards of the 21st century. In light of this, I sincerely invite business leaders, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, social activists, and all those who value Chinese history and culture to lend their generous support. Every contribution you make will be a vital step in preserving our history and will leave an enduring legacy for future generations.
Beyond being a custodian of history, the museum will serve as a platform for cultural exchange.
